Return Policy
Items Eligible for Return
- Only unopened and unused items in their original packaging are eligible for return.
- Items must be in the same condition as when you received them.
- Tattoo numbing creams that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at tktxukinfo@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return in your email.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please securely package the item(s) and affix the label to the package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refund or Exchange
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Personalized or custom-made items
